Very professional, honest, excellent price given (all the time) and "never" any pressure when you go into the show room. They always have a hugh inventory to choose from also. As for the service dept, I always bring my other used cars there for servicing. (They service other makes and models besides there own) Excellent work from the mechanics and never an issue. The express oil change is by far the best. Tony, (who greets you when you arrive there) makes you feel very comfortable and gets you in and out without an issue. The waiting area is also very comfortable while waiting for a short time for the service you may need. When I drove to their lot, the first thing that came to mind was how great of a selection they have. When I walked in, there was no "awkwardness" either. It seemed like they were busy the day I went, but my salesmen, Guy Forgione, still made a great effort to answer each of my questions and explain everything to me, from features of the car to financing options. Guy was very patient and understanding and surprisingly I didn't feel pressured at any time. He even told me about discounts that I could receive, discounts that I didn't even know I could get, so that was really nice. He was actually working with me to make me happy and not against me to become just another sales' number. The complete process was painless from negotiating price and financing and doing all of the paper work etc. It was a pleasure doing business with Guy at White Plains. He and his team were very upfront and above board with everything they do. No gimmicks or pressure to make a sale, I found that very refreshing. Guy, my repeat salesman, already knew I was coming in and had prepared a number of options for me to review. My Grand Cherokee lease was ending and the wife and I decided to go with a Liberty this time for a number of reasons, but we still wanted the feeling of safety and dependability we had with a Jeep. We reviewed the terms of the proposed lease and cost; Guy and Augie made sure we received all the rebates available (repeat customer, etc.)and boy did they do their best. The monthly payment fit right into our budget. They located a number of vehicles that fit our criteria and the only remaining question was color; we had our choice. They asked when I wanted to pick up the new vehicle, which had to be after 6pm because of my work; it was ready when I got there, the end lease papers and the new lease docs were signed in no time and my insurance forms (which they handled) were ready.
