Chris in service was great, from first phone call (our truck was towed to facility), through evaluation, service, double checking, and explanation of all parts and work. A slight obstacle in payment easily resolved. Already have decided to travel the extra distance for future work and routine maintenance. More

Buyer beware I lease my grand Cherokee back in 2020 with Dino and it was fine until my lease was up so I decided to buy it then I find out that they canceled my extended warranty, that I have purchased with Dino and it was fine until my lease was up so I decided to buy it then I find out that they canceled my extended warranty, that I have purchased from mopar direct when I find out when I called mopar direct and they told me the dealership did something in the computer that canceled the warranty and they charge me $300 for a glass treatment that was never done. I sent some people here to buy jeeps before I knew of what they have done to me when I purchase my Jeep I will never send anyone to this dealership and I will never use this dealership for anything again More
Beware! They do not do the work that they charge you for. My check engine light goes on a week after I went to dealership. I had it diagnosed (not feom them) and got a P0733 code which pertains to my transmission. I had my transmission fuel changed a few months ago so I don't understand this. The code suggests low or dirty fuel amongst a few other things. This pass visit they did not top off any other fluids that should have been done on each visit. They didn't even rotate my tires! I am a disabled veteran on a limited budget. I will be taking my complaints to the proper authorities. Thank God there are many legal agencies that do pro bono work for veterans. If you believe a car dealership has engaged in deceptive practices, you can file a complaint with various state and federal agencies. Here's a step-by-step process to follow: 1. *State Attorney General's Office*: File a complaint with your state's Attorney General's Office, which handles consumer protection issues. You can find the contact information on the National Association of Attorneys General website. 2. *State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)*: Reach out to your state's DMV and file a complaint. They may have a specific division for consumer complaints. 3. *Federal Trade Commission (FTC)*: File a complaint with the FTC, which handles cases involving deceptive business practices. You can submit a complaint online or call 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357). 4. *Better Business Bureau (BBB)*: File a complaint with the BBB, which can help mediate the issue and provide a platform for the dealership to respond. 5. *Local Consumer Protection Agency*: Your local government may have a consumer protection agency that handles complaints against businesses. 6. *State Consumer Protection Division*: Some states have a dedicated consumer protection division that handles complaints. Remember to gather supporting documents, such as: - Service records and invoices - Communication with the dealership - Any relevant photos or videos - Witness statements (if applicable) When filing your complaint, provide as much detail as possible, including the dealership's name, location, and the specific issues you experienced. Worst service department I have ever seen. My axle was changed out to a “junk” part. Lug nuts left off my tire. I have reported this dealership to the NYS Consumer Protection. Thankfully the m My axle was changed out to a “junk” part. Lug nuts left off my tire. I have reported this dealership to the NYS Consumer Protection. Thankfully the mechanic that I had check my car when I got it in August 2023 has records of what brand axle was on my car. He took pictures of even a bolt that was changed on the car. When I went to pickup my car they only had interest in getting me to trade in my Jeep and finance a new one with them. If it’s not settled thru NYS Consumer Protection I’m going to utilize a law firm that I have access to just on the principle of the scam they tried to pull on me. More
