Had my oil changed and tires rotated. Expressed concern with one of the tires. Jose was helpful, pleasant and responsive. He went out of his way to ensure that all my questions were answe Expressed concern with one of the tires. Jose was helpful, pleasant and responsive. He went out of his way to ensure that all my questions were answered and that I had the best experience. He even apologized for an employee who had apparently used foul language (I did not hear it). he also informed me that since the tire appeared fine upon inspection, if it happened again (loss of air for no apparent reason) to bring it right back to him and he would ensure it was taken care of. Thanks Jose, for going above and beyond! More
