If it was possible to rate with 0 stars I would. Had a horrible and poorly communicated sales process. Even better 4,000 miles after driving my truck the transmission died. When asked about it they were rude and basically said oh well xxxx happens. They don’t certify their vehicles because they’re too lazy to inspect them and provide quality customer service. Was excited about our first super duty purchase for our growing business. Will definitely never be back and would highly recommend any one looking for a reliable work truck to look anywhere else More

I brought my vehicle for simple oil change and was told I needed over $500 repair. They told me it was not covered under my warranty (CAREGARD). When I got home I called them and they told me it would have needed over $500 repair. They told me it was not covered under my warranty (CAREGARD). A female did call me and asked me how my service went when I explained to her what happened she stated her boss would call me, he did not. I used a live chat on the website and I was told the information will be passed on and I would get a call, still no call. More
