I am beside myself as I write this. My car was towed to Tasca Ford 2 weeks ago. I need a new transmission on a 4 year old car. In addition to the fact that I have no ETA as to how long My car was towed to Tasca Ford 2 weeks ago. I need a new transmission on a 4 year old car. In addition to the fact that I have no ETA as to how long I will be without a car, I was PROMISED a loaner last week by Brian. Noone will return my call. I emailed you as well yesterday Mr. Moran to no response. I am literally going to lose my job which I explained to multiple people. I cant afford one more Uber . I just spoke to 4 different people to be told, sorry, there are no loaners. You're on the list. I am disgusted with how I've been treated and your lack of concern regarding my job. More

My experience has been good with everyone I have interacted with at Tasca. While there was an initial issue with the computer in the truck, Tom Moran, General Manager, and Brian Beaudry and Jessica interacted with at Tasca.
