Service was slow just to be told my tire needed to be replaced, however they charged me a $220 diagnosis fee even though they told me to go to Firestone to have the tire replaced so it was match it. They are always short staffed and when my car was with them for a service job they returned it completely dirty and with scratches and chipped off paint spots.
