Service was slow just to be told my tire needed to be replaced, however they charged me a $220 diagnosis fee even though they told me to go to Firestone to have the tire replaced so it was match it. It took 3 scheduled visits to get my sunroof motor fixed. The first visit where they had my car for 5 hours realized they had the wrong motor. The second scheduled visit, only one person came to my house t The first visit where they had my car for 5 hours realized they had the wrong motor. The second scheduled visit, only one person came to my house to pick up my car, so they could not take it back to the dealership for work (you needed 2 so someone could drive my car). The third time was when they actually picked up the car (thank you Mo & Tyler) and the work was completed. I had to pay for 2 motors even though there was nothing wrong with the shade mechanism. Alyssa was very nice, but I don't know if I would ever bring my car back there. I feel I was overcharged. More
They are always short staffed and when my car was with them for a service job they returned it completely dirty and with scratches and chipped off paint spots.
