This is the second time this dealer has damaged our vehicle when gone in for repairs. Last year they broke the dash while attempting to fix camera. Then cracked windshield when replacing pillars. I brought my vehicle for simple oil change and was told I needed over $500 repair. They told me it was not covered under my warranty (CAREGARD). When I got home I called them and they told me it would have needed over $500 repair. They told me it was not covered under my warranty (CAREGARD). A female did call me and asked me how my service went when I explained to her what happened she stated her boss would call me, he did not. I used a live chat on the website and I was told the information will be passed on and I would get a call, still no call. More
