I’ll start by saying that the initial process of buying a vehicle here was decently smooth & quick. I’m rating one star because I’m a believer that the whole experience should be superb especially when buyin vehicle here was decently smooth & quick. I’m rating one star because I’m a believer that the whole experience should be superb especially when buying an expensive vehicle. When I saw the truck I wanted, it looked fantastic all around. I was told that the detailer they normally send vehicles to before the buyer picks up was closed, and that they would do it at the dealership but it wouldn’t be as thorough. So I let them do it thinking it’s better than nothing. Looked fine when I left the dealership, but once I took it through a touchless wash, it revealed a ton of swirl marks and scratches, along with the plastic parts being burned from a buffer as a result of an inexperienced person who detailed the vehicle (which I believe was probably a porter). It was worse then when I saw it on the lot! Additionally, I had to power wash the undercarriage and chassis where chunks of dried up mud were falling off (I only drove it on paved streets, so the previous owner probably went off roading or was in construction). There was also some sort of dried gunk on the edge of all the windows that would not come off even with goof off/goo gone! Pictures shown. I contacted my sales rep to resolve the issue by letting me get my own detail and being compensated in some way, and it’s like pulling teeth. I keep getting told they will ask about it and contact me, but I have to keep messaging them and not get a response back. The typical run around that most people also experience. If you’re buying a vehicle for 50k and up, it’s unacceptable to receive it in a condition like that. If their dealership is not equipped to detail, and the place nearby is closed, then they need to find another place with trained professionals no matter how far it is if they truly care about the customer experience and quality. People should not have to wait an indefinite amount of time for a third party shop to open back up just because it’s convenient for them. You are the customer spending good money at their establishment. If you’re buying a used vehicle from here, I would not recommend it based on the customer service after you sign the dotted line. More

OC our salesman made this so easy- all on line. I'll be back because what they promised on line is exactly what they did. They got the Bronco we wanted and had it within 7 days. The ordering process was okay, but it has been everything after that process that has been horrible. Like a previous person posted on YELP, we purchased an extended warranty that they majorly over charged for. When I brought it to their attention (1 day after I purchased), the Finance guy, B. was too busy to discuss. I sent an email stating the concern and he "stated" he was willing to work with us. I was hoping this was the case, because we were looking at purchasing another 2nd vehicle. Unfortunately, it was not true. B. did not want anything to do with resolving and making the issue correct. If fact, I was told I was not getting my "xxxxx" way and they didn't want my additional business. I cancelled the warranty and they held on to the processing of that paperwork for 7 1/2 weeks. When it was finally refunded, I did not get the full amount refunded. They redeemed 3 months of service with my Ford points (I did get that resolved with customer service). I did file a formal complaint with Ford Corporate. With the help of corporate I was provided D.'s information. I did reach out to D. who is the VP of Bill Kay Ford and Chevy and I was hopeful the issue would be resolved. He looked into the issue for me and learned they didn't process the full amount for whatever reason. He said for the inconvenience and the problems he offered to prepare a check in the amount of 250$ that would be mailed to me and that was May 3rd. We are now at the end of July and I have yet to receive this check he promised. I have sent emails, left messages and he refuses to response back. There are a lot of Ford Dealers in the Chicagoland area - this one might be close to you, but another dealer will be worth your drive. I highly recommend you read reviews on Yelp and also look up the Better Business Bureau and read experiences for yourself. I wish I would have done this myself before purchasing from this dealer.
