The work I had performed on my Ford f150 2013 lariat the work was very sloppy I feel like I was just nickeled and dine it took me two trips to get my heating in order and it's still not in order I had a bac work was very sloppy I feel like I was just nickeled and dine it took me two trips to get my heating in order and it's still not in order I had a back windshield put in with a sliding glass Carlos the service manager told me that the glass work and it did not I asked him how come it work for you but do not work for me I take it back and I tell the new guy that's running the service department named Rodger I think he tell me he put the motor in and it doesn't work I said you ever thought about checking the switch see if there's a shortage in the switch and then he tell me well you are out warranty but when I took it there it was in warranty and I kept being pushed around saying that it wasn't under warranty and it was under warranty all the time I think it's time for Bill Kay and I to get a divorce I need to go to another Ford dealership with better technicians because billkay technicians do very sloppy whoever worked on my truck about two weeks ago went into a panel on the floor on the passenger side front door and the panel is not put back it's all messed up right now I am very disappointed in the service that I just received from Bill Kay More
