I called both Juan and Mark, to point out the error. Left message. Received email that Mark would call. No call. Called again. After A lengthy conversation he agreed to rewrite the paperwork. Came back in to sign, and also to pick up a front seat floor mat that was not included when I picked up the car. That was Friday, January 9th. As of today, the 21st of January, the bank has no paperwork with a new loan and I still do not have my floor mat. More
