Customer Service With Carlos Toscano The only thing I didn’t appreciate was when, I walked into the office to tell Carlos what service I was there for, a young lady then walked in after m The only thing I didn’t appreciate was when, I walked into the office to tell Carlos what service I was there for, a young lady then walked in after me and Carlos basically dismissed me to take her keys and the coffee that she brought him (although I clearly walked in the door FIRST), not to mention, I had an appointment. And had he been fair about the order in which we arrived, he would have known. That was very rude and distasteful and if I wasn’t pressed for time I would have walked right out!!!! Once he took care of her FIRST, he then realized I had an appointment and made sure I was serviced as quickly as possible. Customer service skills need to be improved and employees should keep things professional instead of fraternizing with significant others a while on the clock. More

Excellent I was newly out of bankruptcy, revamping my life on all levels and the leasing of my F150 because of the excellent support from the salesman Daniel Wo I was newly out of bankruptcy, revamping my life on all levels and the leasing of my F150 because of the excellent support from the salesman Daniel Wood, management and the rest of the team at Bill Kay was a God send. I thought I knew what I wanted, but Daniel knew best and I not only got what I wanted, I received beyond..I have no regrets, no recommendation of improvement to share - my experience was what I would hope for anyone wanting a team that works with you to give you the best service. I have the perfect truck from a top company with the "baddest team"...can't beat that ! More
Uncaring people lackadaisical attitudes slow and overpriced I was not updated on the status of work being done, I was told someone would call me to let me know what needed to be done and the cost, but I ended u I was not updated on the status of work being done, I was told someone would call me to let me know what needed to be done and the cost, but I ended up calling to find out how long the repairs would take and was told what the issue was and they would not get it done until the next day around noon. I called the next day at or near 12:30 pm to find out if my truck was ready, it was at that time I was told they just finished. I was given two different price quotes over the phone prior to picking up my vehicle I asked the cashier if it had been washed she redirected me to the service desk saying "I don't know did you ask them to wash it" to which I replied, "I think I needed to since the truck had been there a day and a half and I just spent over 600.00 for the work. Needless to say it had not been washed. I was highly disappointed with the lackadaisical attitudes of the people I encountered at Bill Kay. More
