Great service I took my truck in for a normal "the works" special which is an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I am so glad the mechanics do their job bec I took my truck in for a normal "the works" special which is an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I am so glad the mechanics do their job because I am actually going on a roadtrip with my family. Come to find out I had a leak in my drivetrain axle. I am so glad that they found it before I left. They did "the works" and fixed the problem I had and now I can safely go on my roadtrip with my family. Thank you and am grateful for your services. Leary My SUV was purchased in July 2016. I only had 28,000 miles on it. It was brought in for a oil change. I was surprised when the lady came out to infor My SUV was purchased in July 2016. I only had 28,000 miles on it. It was brought in for a oil change. I was surprised when the lady came out to inform me I needed to replace all four tires on this vehicle. I found this information disturbing since I am not a speeding-brake hard person. You would think that for for the amount of money I have paid for this high end Escape, the tires would last longer. I told this woman I would let my husband know about this and just do the oil change. Later that evening I informed my husband of what was said to me and he went to look at the tires himself. According to him there is no need to replace my tires. I am not really sure I would believe anything this woman would say in the future. It left a bad taste in my mouth so to speak. I don’t like when people try to take advantage of me. More
