I needed new tires, which I knew, and I never received the warranty paperwork or the rebate. I also felt very pushed aside at this dealership. I have also contacted this dealership concerning my airbag recall 5 times and asked about it while at the dealership received no response. I got an appointment immediately at another local dealership right away. I don't want to take my Ford to Bill Kay anymore. And I have gotten 5 messages asking me to bring my car in for a trade in for a new car. More
