Friendly and accommodating I brought my car in for the Works on a Saturday. Even though, it was very busy and I did not schedule an appointment, I was not turned away. I was informed that it would take a few hours which I expected. Craig was very nice, friendly, witty, and easy to talk to. He called me a few hours later to say my car is ready and also to inform me that a small part had to be replaced which was taken care.
