Oil change review I’ve only had my car serviced at Bill Kay since I bought it from there in Feb, 2016. I took my 2015 Ford Focus to Bill Kay to get my routine oil chang I’ve only had my car serviced at Bill Kay since I bought it from there in Feb, 2016. I took my 2015 Ford Focus to Bill Kay to get my routine oil change. It took over 2 hours to complete and when I went to pick up my car they informed me that I need both front and rear brakes as well as 4 new tires. I was in shock I needed new brakes because in January, 2019 Bill Kay serviced my front brakes to avoid me having to get new brakes completely. I was also not told that January that my back brakes would need to be changed in the near future. When I bought this up to the customer service rep, he told me to “ignore” the front brake comments as my brakes are at a 7.0, but I would need back brakes since they’re at a 4.0. I am not sure what kind of scale he was referring to, but if I recently had my front brakes fixed in January I would expect them to be like new and not be an issue. As for my tires I recently replaced one tire due to a flat tire, therefore I am not entirely sure that I need 4 new tires. I am very upset with the service I received on July 3rd and would like a manager to reach out to me and let me know exactly what needs to be fixed on my car. In addition, if anything is wrong with my front brakes I expect that service to be taken care of free of charge as I just paid $400 + to avoid a complete brake job. I feel like the service department takes advantage of customer who are not “sabby” when it comes to the maintenance on their vehicle, as this is not the first time I have been quoted wrong or charged wrong by Bill Kay. More

Daniel is a Great listener who gave us everything we needed and wanted in our brand new 2019 Ford Escape. He went out of his way to make us feel special. He is Very professional , friendly and knowledgeable.. a true Pro. He introduced us to the entire service Center, the manager Danny - who selflessly spent time with Daniel explaining the Ford Pass & other nuances. Mark in Finance was very informative and friendly also. The shop filled up our tank and washed and waxed our car.... 10 Stars for Daniel Wood & the entire staff. More

I returned to this dealership because I have received good, quality service in the past. I have no complaints or concerns. The service staff were helpful, friendly and interested in assisting me. ecosport issues My ecosport was casually driven for 6 months putting 6000 on the car. I took it to Bill Kay for an oil change which took 2.5 to complete..later that d My ecosport was casually driven for 6 months putting 6000 on the car. I took it to Bill Kay for an oil change which took 2.5 to complete..later that day the car would not start and there was no compression to the engine when I stepped on the gas. The car was back at the dealer the next day. I was provided a loaner ..a Ford Fusion which wE to low for my bad back but was told they had no other car. after 2 weeks if waiting for my car due to a lack of communication I went to corporate for support. my car was fixed in 2 days and runs better now than when I bought it.We are a Notary family that supports Ford. I am not happy with the product breaking down after only 6 months.I do not remember the service dept managers name. More
