They go above and beyond to help you understand what is really going on, tell you what actually needs immediate attention versus what can be held off on, and are incredibly efficient with getting the customer in and out of the dealership in a timely fashion. They are very reasonably priced. I recommend Bill Kay to all my colleagues, friends, and family for service, and a number of people I talk to have gone in on my recommendation and had the same positive experience that I have. My only regret is buying my car from a different dealership, because Bill Kay Ford is the best dealership I’ve ever been to. Keep up the great work! More

Appointment for nothing My car had a recall for airbags. I called and made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Dropped off car and keys in dropbox with instructions on the env My car had a recall for airbags. I called and made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Dropped off car and keys in dropbox with instructions on the envelope as per what needed to be done the night before (sun.) When I called next afternoon asking if the car was done nobody knew what I was talking about. Then they went to dropbox and found the keys. The car wasn't touched. Didn't get the car back until late the next day. This was after they informed me of another recall and,stated they might have to keep it one more day!! More
