First impressions are lasting. My 2020 Ford needed a repair. I made an appointment at Tasca Ford in Yonkers. The service advisor told me the front and back four wheel drive me My 2020 Ford needed a repair. I made an appointment at Tasca Ford in Yonkers. The service advisor told me the front and back four wheel drive mechanism needed oil changes and it would cost a little more than $500. I mentioned I did not see that requirement in my car owner’s manual. He claimed it was required service according to Ford. I researched. It is not recommended by Ford. Shame of you Tasca Ford Yonkers. More

TASCA FORD YONKERS On 4/11/23 I brought my 2019 Lincoln MKC in for service. I needed an oil change and to check out the hill brake light that came on. Robert Volpi was the Advisor Thomas Graff was the Tech. Volpi wrote out an estimate He indicated on the estimate that the car had over 16,800 Sixteen thousand eight hundred miles. I asked him to change it. He said he couldn’t. He said (with a grin) that’s the milage it would have if I used the car more. I am an elderly woman and I had 2 of my granddaughters with me. Mr Volpi and Mr Graff put that high mileage on the form in order to DEFRAUD ME. We were there for hours, the last to be done. I’m totally disappointed with Tasca Ford. I will attach to this memo copies of the documents I referred to. Poor way to conduct business. Not my first car. Brakes at 420 miles? More
Three times I've taken the car and it's only temporarily fixed. They keep putting in a dye to find the leak for ac and the dye blocks the leak and a few weeks later it starts blowing hot air.
