Was never given any updates on when the work would be done. It’s been several weeks now that we do not have our car. We had to get a rental car. No updates on timing / where the car work stands / etc. se done. It’s been several weeks now that we do not have our car. We had to get a rental car. No updates on timing / where the car work stands / etc. severe lack of communication and will NEVER be leasing / buying a KIA again. We were going to buy this Sorrento until this happened. Worst customer service experience ever with a lease. Had much better experiences at Volkswagen, Hyundai, etc. More
