Dealership was very inviting. Staff was very polite and attentive. I told my salesman Trevor Zelaya what I was interested in and he showed me cars within my price range. I felt very comfortable throughout the process, never felt pressured to get anything I could not afford. And most of all he did not try to sell me anything extra I did not want. Service experience was courteous and factory issues resolved. The Certified technicians to service my EV was not available one day, which caused a delay in service and requiring another visit.
