Our vehicle is at the dealership for a third time for a transmission related problem. Communication has been horrible. Called Monday, told vehicle just went on lift , they are looking at it, and they will transmission related problem. Communication has been horrible. Called Tuesday after no call back, told again vehicle is on the lift, they are looking at it, and I will get a call back later that day. Got a ride to the dealership on Wednesday after no call so they would have to deal with me and give me answers. Surprised to see me they said “we were just about to call you”. Yeah, I believe that. They said they can’t do anything because they are waiting on Kia to decide how they want to proceed. Been without a vehicle, which is under warranty, for over a week. They can give me a rental for $45/days. So on top of a monthly car payment I need to pay for a rental car? I don’t think so. Tried to reach out to management, but surprise, surprise, no return call. Guess it starts at the to. For a dealership with a motto “You will be satisfied” definitely not living up to that. We have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and its sister dealership, Tasca Mazda, but this my be the last one. Horrible and unacceptable communication and treatment. More
