Service Is Awful! Took my Camry there for service. I told them what I wanted done. One thing I I asked them to fix was my break light. They didn't do it. I checked it Took my Camry there for service. I made a mistake, but the experience was bad Wanted to buy a 2010 car, my bank wouldn't finance it because it was too old, which I only discovered after I had put money down. Expressway financing Wanted to buy a 2010 car, my bank wouldn't finance it because it was too old, which I only discovered after I had put money down. Expressway financing got me a loan, but I had to put down an extra $3500 on top of the 20% I had already put down and got a very bad interest rate. I was stupid to sign for it, but at that point I had been there for hours and just wanted to get the car. I don't know when the checks were deposited, but on the second one for $3500 there was insufficient funds. I had the money at the time, but I suppose with the ensuing insurance payment and buying other stuff I didn't have the money in my account. When I went to try to pay back the insufficient funds, they only could handle a credit card transaction, no wire transfer or other stuff, which to be honest is ridiculous for a huge business like that handling large cash transactions daily. Also when I spoke to them about it, it almost seemed like they didn't know what to do in this situation except keep asking for credit card information? I don't know if that was a tactic or what? There's no way such a large dealership doesn't deal with this all the time. The employees I dealt with were very good, but I was just an idiot for going to a large dealership and even more of an idiot for signing off on such a terrible deal. Regardless I will not go there again. More

He was very eager to earn business - was the only employee standing at the front desk waiting to greet guests. Others barely looked up (but I get it - it's probably very slow with COVID-19 and all). He provided great customer service, which I REALLY appreciate - customer service is like - my thing - and my other dealership experiences didn't come close to that which JD provided. He really likes snacks and gatorade - bring him some of that and you'll be golden. THANKS FOR MY AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL CAR, JD! More
