They sure do give you the run around I’ll tell you that. I contacted them in July to service my car because my rims were under warranty and had some scratches that needed to get fixed. I asked for a loaner car because the rims will have to be sent out. The day before my appointment I get the xx response of we don’t have any loaner cars. We will call you back. They did not call me back. I let it go and then mid August I reached out because now I needed an oil change as well as getting rims fixed. Might as well do a two for one. I call and complain that no one even called me back about the loaner car and they straight up said “I was going to call you tomorrow.” What a xx response I’m not stupid nor was I born yesterday. Anyways, we made the appointment and I went today. They brought me to Audi and the lady said that they were calling me because apparently AGAIN didn’t have any loaner cars. Miraculously, they had an Audi to loan to me. Clearly you were trying to be me AGAIN. Thank god I never answered those phone calls. I leave to go to work and get a call saying that my coverage for scratches and what not to fix the rims ended in March. AGAIN, another xx lie… I bought my brand new car in January 2025….how does a 3 year warranty end after 2 months…. Not even to mention we bought not only 1 but 2 cars from them. This place is full of lying, scammy people, besides a few that we dealt with. Be careful when buying a car from them, any warranties or getting your car serviced and needing a loaner car. Also, the day before the tire pressure light came on and I put air in it and the light stayed on because I didn’t know how to turn it off and I figured it’s fine it’s going to get serviced tomorrow. I got an oil change and tires rotated, you would think that they would check the tire pressure and turn the light off. That feels very strange to me and makes me wonder if they even did anything with the tires. Do what you want with that extra information. More
I am beyond furious with the utterly incompetent and unprofessional service I received from VW. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this place. I arranged to pick up my car at midnight, with the explicit agreement that the keys would be left in the vehicle for a seamless process. I arrived at midnight to find no keys in the car. I had to have my friend drive me home and back to get my keys. I didn’t get home until 2 am. This was not a minor oversight; it was a complete failure to follow through on a basic promise. Because of their mistake, I was stranded at midnight, forced to make an entirely unnecessary trip, and nearly left without a car for two days. To make matters worse, I had to drive another hour and a half round-trip the next business day to resolve their error and finally retrieve my vehicle. That’s a total of3.5 hours of driving—purely because of their negligence. My time is valuable, and this dealership treated it as if it meant nothing. I attempted to address this fiasco with the manager Ray Maldonado, not once but twice, through phone calls and messages (he has my cell and my email) hoping for some accountability or at least an apology. Both times, I was completely ignored—no return call, no explanation, nothing. This level of disrespect and lack of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I don’t know if he’s incompetent or just doesn’t care. A business that can’t even bother to respond to a customer’s legitimate concerns clearly has no interest in making things right. This experience was not just inconvenient; it was infuriating and entirely preventable. This VW has shown they cannot be trusted to honor their commitments or value their customers. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to save themselves the headache and go elsewhere. I will never return, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague.
