Jose is by the worst salesman at this dealership. Pushy, controlling (tried to be) and very unprofessional. He will lie and tell you "Oh yeah we can get you in that car" then you get down there and i Pushy, controlling (tried to be) and very unprofessional. They fight with you on warranty, I would literally ride a bicycle before going back to this dealership. One star was way to many by the way. More

I had written an exceptional review because I was so happy with the great customer service I had purchasing my vehicle. However, I felt like an update needed to happen because I am so disappointed. I thought that the great customer service would extend beyond the purchase but it did not. My A/C went out 60 days after my purchase. I have contacted 3 different people for over a week now trying to see if it’s covered or not and no one will get back to me! I either get the run around (everyone has to talk to someone else) or they just flat out ignore me! I can live without an A/C but when my 20 month old daughter is dripping sweat in her car seat, it’s a different story. I purchased the vehicle used and it wouldn’t upset me if it was not covered, just the fact I spent an extra week trying to find out if it was or not and the people here flat out ignoring me. More
