They are great when they are selling you a vehicle. I had a good experience with the sales staff, and that's where it ends. I have tried for 2 weeks to set up a time for an oil change. If you call the service department they usually won't answer. Sometimes the machine will answer but if you leave a message it won't be returned by a person. When you do get a person you get transfered around, then you are told no need for an appointment just stop by for an express oil change. Okay if I come right now how quickly can I get serviced? "Oh there are 5 vehicles waiting for an oil change it will be over an hour before we can get to your Jeep!" Okay can I set an appointment for later? "Uhh not today we are full you can call back tomorrow." This has been repeated numerous times over the last 2 weeks. To top it off I have received automated messages from Tate saying that it's time to schedule an appointment for service. Really, Do You Think So ??? More

No fuss no pressure very pleasant I was done car shopping I had been to every dealer around. I walked in and told Cliff I want a newer car with low miles under 20,000 with third row se I was done car shopping I had been to every dealer around. I walked in and told Cliff I want a newer car with low miles under 20,000 with third row seating, he smiled and said we will find you a car today. He showed me a 2017 with under 23,000 miles and the price was 5000$ cheaper then I asked. He was shocked when I sat in it and said ok can I have the bill of sale... he requested I test drive it before I bought to make sure I liked it. I have back and hip problems and needed a higher car I didn’t care how it drove but he didn’t want to sell me something I might not like. I love my Dodge Journey it’s prefect for work or long trips and is amazing on gas. David was amazing when it came to closing he tried to beat my banks rate and couldn’t so he told me to go through them to save me money. You hardly find a honest cars sales men but I found a team of them and I will be going back for all my car needs!!!!! I could not ask for a more stress free and pleasant experience after going to others that I have blocked number from or who kept trying to get have me spend double what I wanted to. More
