I never felt rushed or that my questions were burdensome. Finally, even employees who were not involved with my transaction were friendly and congratulated me on my new purchase. Thats when the manager, RJ Macey, got involved. He was very friendly, polite, and laid back. He was very easy to deal with and was able to get our payment exactly where it needed to be. It was the easiest experience we've ever had at a car dealership. We were so pleased!!
