I visited Tate Dodge Chrysler Jeep on Friday morning to look for a new 4 wheel drive vehicle. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Tom, the sales consultant. He gave me some information regarding which look for a new 4 wheel drive vehicle. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Tom, the sales consultant. After a while, I found a vehicle I was interested in and he asked me to take a test drive, as well as showed me all the features inside the vehicle, which he seemed to be very knowledgeable about. Once we were inside, working out a deal was very easy, and Tom punched up the potential numbers very quickly and was able to explain everything. The finance personnel were easy to deal with and worked very quickly and painlessly. Overall it was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever been a part of. More

My 17 year old daughter and I stopped in to see what used Jeep Cherokees the dealership had. Ms. Longobardo telephoned me the next morning asking what we were planning on doing, and I explained that we needed to get money wired into my bank account. It took a while for this to finally happen, and through the entire waiting period, Ms. Longobardo was patient, helpful and friendly. She actually kept me calm. When the wire transfer was finally complete, she drove to the bank with me. I felt like I had known her for a long time and that she was a friend. I have bought 4 vehicles from dealers in the past, and I have never felt more comfortable and trusting! Tate Certified Used Cars has been phenomenal. I have had nothing but great experience with them, and have purchased about 5 cars and/or trucks of the last several years. It has been a great car, and the Salesman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and NOT forceful...all traits that I think are needed and welcomed in a salesman.
