DONT DO IT! ! Bought a used car, 2 yrs old. Drove for 2 days engine light came in. Brought it in for service, they have now had it for a month with no resolution ! Bought a used car, 2 yrs old. WORST customer service and the Sales Manager is 🗑!!! His idea of resolving wad to run my credit again and me paying down another $7k plus taxes and fees!! Not willing to budge on anything, not willing to address the issue. Watch the exaggerated refresher fees and other associated fees because they obviously don't check for anything. Worst experience purchasing a vehicle!! NEVER AGAIN!! More

I had my 2020 Durango towed in June 12th after the motor was flooded and needed to be replaced. Insurance approved the estimate in 5 days and accardi had the check 2 days later. NO communication impossible to get someone to call back, text, email i tried them all. I physically had to go to the dealership just to find out what was going on. I did not get my Durango back until August 2nd. and when they finally said it was ready the ticket was closed out on the 31st of July. They held my vehicle to make numbers at the end of the month. They jerked me around for seven weeks. They Suck More

just now NEW Joey Acardi has had my Chrysler Van for 7 months in the service department. Everytime we call we are given the run around. We've asked to speak with the General Manager and he will not even c months in the service department. Everytime we call we are given the run around. We've asked to speak with the General Manager and he will not even come to the phone. I am on disability and have been without my van for the entire 7 months. The van has been left outside with the windows down which caused leaves and debris to get inside and the humidity is ruining the interior. At some point they moved the vehicle and somehow the tire was flat but they drove it anyway with a flat tire! Whatever you do be very leary of this shotty place . More
