I went to Joey Accardi looking for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Entering the dealership I was immediately greeted by Steven, I think he is the manager. He was very friendly and asked my exactly what I wa Cherokee. Entering the dealership I was immediately greeted by Steven, I think he is the manager. He was very friendly and asked my exactly what I was looking for. After telling Steve what I was interested in, he introduced me to Omar. Omar took me around the dealership to look at all the vehicles that fit my criteria. Omar was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. After a couple of hours (because I’m very picky) I chose the New 2023Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I think this is a new version of the Cherokee as it is bigger than the original and has a third row of seating. Steven and Omar were very patient with me and understood my needs and that I was very picky about many of the options that came with the vehicle. They made sure my truck had everything I was looking for in a new vehicle. After working out the details of the vehicle, I worked with Ariel, who I believe is the finance manager. He was very helpful in showing me all the paperwork that had to be signed and also explained to me how the leasing works. I have to say it was an all around great experience at this dealership. No pressure salesman, no hidden fees and everything was straight forward and upfront. I highly recommend visiting Joey Accardi if you are interested in a new or used car.
