I SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY GUT WHEN I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASED MY JEEP. THEY ALL ARE RIGHT. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THE TRUCK WAS NASTY ON THE INSIDE. 1 WEEK AFTER I GOT THE VEHICAL THE BRAKES WENT OUT AND THEY WOULD NOT PAY FOR IT. THEY SAID IT WAS SAFE TO CONTINUE TO DRIVE. THE TIRE HAD 4 LONG SCREWS STUCK INSIDE AND TOP ALL THAT OFF THEY TOLD ME THEY FIXED ALL THE RECALLS....................THEY LIED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER!!! I purchased a 2023 Polestar 2 from this Dealership from Yunior August of 2025 it is now February of 2026 and I still do not have my Hard Plate I was issued two paper plates, the second one was not legal be Yunior August of 2025 it is now February of 2026 and I still do not have my Hard Plate I was issued two paper plates, the second one was not legal because I was suppose to get my Hard Plate after the first temp tag, I have been calling since Oct 2025 I was told it was lost and I had to wait on my state, I made a call to Miami DMV and New Orleans DMV and was told my paperwork for my hard plate was never filed on top of the car being delivered with one key and a activity key that does not work so i cant even do updates on the car also the car was delivered with a cracked windshield a broken armrest and buffed out paint spots, I was told it would be fixed when I asked could they pick up the vehicle, once I agreed they started saying it was the transport truck and I had to contact them, Now I am being told to create a ticket when I had one ticket in they closed it without rectifying the situation they just transfer you hang up on you or ignore you, I don't understand how they are able to get away with defrauding this many people, seem like they do this to people who live out of town, I am devastated, I have a vehicle I am paying a note on and i cant get a brake tag or drive the vehicle because in the state of Louisiana the car is considered illegal and I can be arrested if caught driving More
