The majority of cars were at the mall, so we drove up to have a look. Looked over several, saw options we liked and some that did not seem to be appropriate for us. Jeremy Stone was the rep showing us vehicles. After looking at options we were suddenly in the air conditioned trailer looking at the numbers, new vehicle less our trade-in. Preference in color was our problem at this point. But, Jeremy had what we wanted back at the dealership, so there we went. And, after all was said and done, we left with a new vehicle and a new friend or two. More

We took a drive and then got down to business. I will say Jeff did well in working with us on what we wanted for our trade in. The paperwork process is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board. It took over an hour to get in the office to start signing paperwork and the warranty guy pressed really hard for us to purchase some package. Other than that, a good experience and have already recommended Jeff to others. More
