I have dealt with this dealership under previous ownership for service and purchases since 1991 and even though I have been quite satisfied with the Service and parts and front desk personnel it is not until now that these people made me completely satisfied with the sales personnel. Katy was very knowledgeable regarding the products and did not pressure me to purchase a product that would not meet my needs. As a sales person in training Tashauna worked with Katy very diligently and made the experience quite pleasurable. Katy sensed that I was not happy with trade value that was put on my trade and tried to work with the person that put the trade value on my vehicle and did get it increased a small amount from the original but it was still deficient. the end result was what was important and Katy worked hard to get to where I wanted to be. Big Regrets I had high hopes for my first Subaru purchase. Wrong! I can not say anything that has gone well for me. I live 150 miles from any dealer; this being the closest. I really wanted a Subaru; my family (who all live elsewhere) all love their various Subs. Mine had a dead battery within the first month of owning it after sitting at an airport first 7 days; second parking was only 5. The matter was "settled" by replacing the battery (we have yet to see this winter what may be draining it) Overall the service is horrid, rude, blaming me for what is not functioning on this beast. It took 5 men and 15 minutes to figure out how to work the hatchback. I can not say anything good. And so, I am not dealing with an improperly installed remote start. I can hardly wait to use this up a bit more and trade it in ELSEWHERE for another vehicle. This is very abbreviated; the details of each visit would bore anyone -- I see other reviews for this business have added to yielding this a 3 *star* place, at best. Oh, and I spoke with the owner after MANY troubles and issues. Well, when I tried to contact her, she was quite coveted. It was only when a case was filed with Subaru Of America that she seemed to care. HA! She did not give a rip. Just made me feel worse. Her car is reliable, she told me when I asked (I doubt it' a Subaru). I told her, that being the case, she has NO idea what my life is like since my car is NOT! Horrid place. I am going the extra 100- 200 miles for my next buggie! More

To but things mildly, life hasn't been very kind to me lately and when I knew it was time for a new car James was the 1st person I thought of. I knew James would get me the best car at a great deal and that is exactly what he did. He went to bat for me with the hold deposit, he made sure to find me a car in my price range that, I know, will be dependable for a long time. I cannot express my gratitude for James. Jennifer Carroll, who did all my paperwork, was very nice and answered all my questions. Usually when dealing with the financial end of a car deal, the employees try to rush you out and you leave not really knowing what exactly happened. Not in this case. I did not realize that at Bennett Motors they give you your 1st oil change free but, they do. James took me to Gaylene and she was very nice and scheduled an appointment for me that fit my schedule.Then to top it all off James treated me to a car wash before I left for home. Overall, this was a super experience for me. I have bought a few cars in my life but, I have never been treated as well as I was treated by James and the staff at Bennett Motors. More
