They Are honest caring and admit their mistakes I purchased a 1997 Ford Mustang Convertible on Jan 4th 2016. I didn't pay a lot of money but I paid good money. The vehicle had some problems as you I purchased a 1997 Ford Mustang Convertible on Jan 4th 2016. I didn't pay a lot of money but I paid good money. The vehicle had some problems as you would expect with a car almost 20 years old. But nothing that I couldn't live with and eventually correct. The car was reliable and had less than 100K on it. I mean I drove it from Illinois to Florida. But then when I decided it was time to upgrade because I was finally in a position to do so I took it to 3 different dealerships to trade in. That's when I found out it had a salvage title out of Michigan and had been title scrubbed in Indiana. I was very upset and felt extreme deceived. However as soon as I brought it to their attention they immediately called me to try and make it right. I spoke with the general manager and his first statement was I'm so sorry this happened what can I do to make it right and earn your trust. To me trust is a big thing and admitting when you are wrong is a quality that's hard to find and he did both!! They are straight shooters who made a honest mistake. I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle from them!
