When I arrived at Taylor the front door was opened for me. Once inside I met Ray Marko and he was very attentive to my needs. He has been in this business for many years and is quite knowledgable. He made me feel like I was setting at home with one of my friends. I then decided that I would like to see the redline van. He promptly had that van brought inside also. I looked at it and it had more of the features that I wanted. Then I talked to Scott, the finance guy and he had my loan approved on the spot so that I could take the van home that night. They gave me a great price on the Van and more than I had expected for my trade in. The porter washed and dryed the van while I was filling out the paperwork. He did a very good job and was very fast. I didn't have to wait on him. Overall it was a great experience. Much better than I had at another dealer. More

I was referred to Ray Marko by a family member and upon meeting him, I immediately understood why. He is extremely attentive to his customers and really listens to what they need. I was looking for a used vehicle but was very specific about options and my budget. They did not have a truck that matched my needs at the time but Ray promised to find one for me. He called regularly to keep in touch and let me know about vehicles which were being traded in and soon, he found a truck that was exactly what I was looking for. After that, the deal was a piece of cake. I got a very fair price for the truck I was buying and was offered more than I expected for my trade. Jimmy and Scott were also friendly and helpful while going through the purchasing process. After the deal was finished, I had some extra options added to my truck and Ray was very helpful with that process as well. Overall, I could not be happier with my experience at Taylor. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel like part of the family, rather than just a customer.
