I came to Taylor Ford for two reasos. It had the truck that I wanted and the pricing that I had needed. This was the only dealership that I saw with a Super Crew on sale for leasing. He talked to both myself and my fiance which was just great customer service. Within 12 months we will be back to purchase another vehicle for my fiance from Dan. We live .5 mile from another Ford dealer but we will drive the 30 miles for the service. More

Deb went above and beyond the call of duty. Because I was ordering a new vehicle, there was some concern as to whether the new vehicle would be available before the (extended by 2 months) lease was up on was ordering a new vehicle, there was some concern as to whether the new vehicle would be available before the (extended by 2 months) lease was up on my 2010 Fusion. Deb checked into several ways to make sure I wasn't left stranded without a car, and I was able to pick up my new 2013 Escape the day before the extended lease expired.
