Service did not rotate my tires with previous oil change, but i was charged for it. I told them about it at the latest oil change so they rotated tires this time for no charge but i paid the same amount that but i was charged for it. I told them about it at the latest oil change so they rotated tires this time for no charge but i paid the same amount that it would've normally cost, $47.00 I think i made them mad by complaining, because i had to wait for over an hour in the hot lobby that had no ventillation or AC. I should not of had to wait that long for an oil change especially when i made an appointment about a week before! They used to have good service there, but now it seems like they don't care about their customers. I have been going to this dealer for services for a long time, now I'm seriously considering taking my business somewhere else. More
