We left the shop on the first day without a car but was notified the very next morning that they had tracked down a vehicle that was what we wanted and in our price range, Pacer even drove 45minutes to pick me up so I could make the final purchase. It is rare that I feel compelled to write a review and let the world know about my experience. I currently reside in Colorado and was looking for a new pickup truck to replace one of my company vehicles. I wanted a slightly used vehicle with a specific configuration. I found that vehicle at Taylor's Auto Max in Great Fall, MT which was 800+ miles from my location for a great price. I have made purchases like this before where I work out the deal, fly to the location and drive it back. I have been burned in the past and was reluctant to get burned again so I require a great deal of information and guarantees before I take the risk. My contact and sales person was Bob Anderson. Bob went above and beyond the call of duty to answer ALL of my questions and to provide the guarantees I needed to feel comfortable that I was making the correct decision to buy the truck. My flight didn't arrive in Great Falls until 4:00PM and I wanted to make it south to Billings, MT yet that night. I shared with Bob one of my experiences where I was promised a quick turn around at a dealership and then it that took almost 4 hours to process the transaction. Bob went out of his way to make sure that did not happen. He picked me up that airport on time at 4:00 PM with the truck so I could drive it back to the dealership. With a cashiers check in hand I then met with Dave Inman who processed the transaction in under 5 minutes having assembled everything we needed to complete before my arrival. Even with the usual checking everything over I was on the road heading for Billings by 5:00PM. I have now had the truck for about a week and driven it 1,000 miles and it is everything I was hoping for! All and all what a great experience and I only wish I lived closer as I know I would be back to do business with Bob and Dave should the need arise again. In fact, I am sure that I will start by calling them in the future to see if they could locate what I am looking for as I would repeat the trip in a heart beat if we could work it out. He was knowledgable about all of the trucks on the lot and gave a very much appreciated honest opinion on the Ford's, Dodge's, and Chevy's we test drove. We had a minor hiccup with a missing cup holder (apparently they're removable from the newer Chevy's) but Bob's excellent customer service got us back in business just days after we noted the discrepancy. Although I won't be needing any new vehicles in the near future I highly recommend you go find Bob and he'll take care of you before, during, and even after you've driven off the lot in your new(ish) truck.
