I looked at the Taylor's website and reviewed the details of the Jeep, but noticed that there was only a stock photo. I emailed Taylor's asking if they had any actual photos of the Jeep, and within an hour I received 19 high-quality photos from Todd Smith. Talk about service! That did it - I was in the showroom the next day, and drove away a few hours later with my new "dream Jeep!" Thank you Todd, Gary, and Tom! More

It was one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. Tom was the initial point of contact and was pulled to another cutomer. Ron Cooper stepped in and is exceptionally personable. He literally worked for me by finding out what I wanted & what my needs/concerns were, then by getting the whole ball rolling. He answered every question - & I had a lot - and was extremely attentive, going out of his way to accommodate me. I've never seen such service. He even introduced to different folks working at Taylor's, which made the experience very comfortable. I fell very satisfied with the whole situation...and I LOVE my car!
