I have never heard of this dealership but they had a vehicle I have been interested in for awhile. I drove up to Great Falls and was pleasantly surprised by them. Jay was great to work with as well. When it came down to financing I really felt they worked with me and got me the best financing option. They delivered my vehicle to me in Helena on time and for free! There was a spark plug that went bad when I drove it the first time after they dropped it off. I drove it to my mechanic and he fixed it. Taylors was kind and covered the cost of this very minor hiccup and within a few hours I was happy again. I think that says a lot about them and their customer service. I felt reassured they didn’t sell me a lemon and their customers really do matter! This dealership did not feel like others, it felt like small town customer service that really cares. I absolutely love my new vehicle and it is running great. I will be back for my next vehicle and thank you for working with me! More
