I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication and overall service I received. Throughout the entire process, I was the one consistently having to follow up just to get updates on my communication and overall service I received. Throughout the entire process, I was the one consistently having to follow up just to get updates on my vehicle. This is not the standard I expect from a professional service provider. When I initially completed my service paperwork, I clearly indicated that I had a warranty. However, when I finally received the diagnostic report, I was told that my warranty information had not been provided. This resulted in additional and unnecessary delays while the warranty company was contacted and approval was obtained. That process alone added several days to an already prolonged repair timeline. Due to the extended delay—my car being in the shop for 1–2 weeks at that point—I required a rental vehicle, which was also covered under my warranty. The dealership arranged a rental through Hertz, but because the repair took longer than expected, I was forced to pay out-of-pocket for a portion of the rental. Although I eventually received my vehicle after approximately a month, and the repair itself appears to have been completed correctly, the issues did not end there. I am now being billed by the rental company for the full amount, despite the dealership having arranged and authorized coverage for the rental. It is highly unprofessional for an agreement to be made and then not honored. Additionally, I was told that a service vehicle would be provided due to my situation, but that commitment was never fulfilled. While the quality of the repair itself seems satisfactory, the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through has left me with a very negative experience. Based on this, I would not choose to return for future service. More
