The short version of my review is that I don’t not feel the service department was as flexible. I pulled my truck from their service dept and a competitor dealer gladly helped me, was flexible and provided the service department was as flexible. During the Christmas holiday season they could have been more flexible and not let me walk out over $90 on an $8000 job. I was asking for a transmission to be sold to me for 4,500 and they declined, so I told it else where and another dealer sold me the same transmission for $4,100 still above their cost and they did the replacement. I think this dealer put their profits over customer service. The could have still made money if they sold me the tranny at $4500, but the greed kicked in and I will not be back. More

My wife has always teased me about Cadillac service. She says that while I may drive a luxury car, the service has never lived up to what the Cadillac brand represents. She drives a Mercedes, and until my most recent visit, Cadillac was nowhere close to matching the quality and customer service we’ve experienced with Mercedes. That changed during my last service appointment. My service technician was extremely professional—honestly, even better than what we’ve experienced at Mercedes. He listened carefully to what I needed and never pressured me about additional services. I provided my service coupon, and he applied it immediately without hesitation and got everything started right away. He then directed me to the waiting area and even showed me where the coffee maker was, which I appreciated. Once the service was completed, he went above and beyond by washing my car. Normally, the car is left wet, but this time he took the extra time to hand-dry it. He finished by pleasantly saying goodbye, which left a great final impression. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and professionalism. This visit finally felt like the luxury experience Cadillac should represent. More
