Crooks - Stay Away I broke down and was towed to your dealership on a Friday night. After sleeping in my truck, Saturday morning I basically begged the service guy Joe t I broke down and was towed to your dealership on a Friday night. After sleeping in my truck, Saturday morning I basically begged the service guy Joe to do a manual regen on my 2013 GMC 3500 dually pickup just to get me back on the road so I could get home. I am a hotshot trucker and so every minute broke down costs me massively. Well no one seemed very concerned about my situation and they told me they didn't have a diesel tech on duty that day, so Monday would be the earliest they could look at it. I'm no mechanic, but I know this isn't rocket science and that any mechanic worth a xxxx with a scanner can do a manual regen. xxxx, they make them for truck owners so you can do it yourself out on the road, so Im pretty sure your service department just didn't give a xxxx if I sat in the parking lot for three days waiting. Im sure they were priming me for a good old fashioned, "lets screw the stranded motorist". So when Monday rolled around, I got the truck in and Joe said it would be three hundred dollars to do the manual regen. That's 200 dollars higher than every single shop Ive called since, so right off the bat you are a rip off. After 2.5 hours Joe calls me up and says that now it will be 1400 dollars to fix my truck since it needs a new injector to boot. I told him no, paid him the xxxxxxxx 162 dollar let me screw you fee for nothing, I said Ill have to find a different way to get it home. Someone came and got me all the way from Texas, (1000 miles), and trailered me back home. The next day I called my local, honest diesel shop and they did a manual regen on it, had it running in one hour, and it has been running like brand new for a week now with no problems. I asked the mechanic how it is possible that it could be fixed without replacing the injector you said it needed and he said, "They are crooks, hoping you'd just replace it, even though you didn't need it". Well that was my instinct at the time also, and turns out I was right. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for pulling that kind of xxxx on people that have no other choice while stranded. Im just glad I had someone that could come and get me away from you crooked xxxxxxxx. Ive told many people to stay away from your dealership and will be telling this story for the rest of my life to as many people as I can. You give dealerships the reputation you all have earned. No one trusts you crooks, and for xxxx good reasons. Rot in xxxx. More

The atmosphere and culture at Stevenson Chevrolet is one of service to the client and it was on display every time we went in! Their service is exceptional too and they always go above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them. More
Bad transmission Less than a year ago I purchased a used truck from Stevenson Chevy based on the recommendation of a friend. I purchased the vehicle as is trusting in the Chevy brand and the dealers integrity (big mistake). In less than a year I have replaced the brake pads in the vehicle and the transmission just failed. When the mechanic flushed the transmission he found that the fluids had never been changed. When I contacted the dealers the response I got was along the lines of to bad good luck. I learned the hard way that the life time warranty didn't apply to my vehicle. This is the first vehicle I purchased and I've learned a lot about how car salesman work. More

Too busy for greetings or even may I help you!! I brought my Chevy vehicle in for an state inspection . I did not make an appointment thinking early afternoon would work and it did.. My service advisors name was Jason who was great and acknowledge me quickly when I entered the service bay. He did the process for inspection very well and ask me to enter the lounge and wait. I walked around the showroom for about fifteen minutes looking at the new vehicles. During this time and returning to the service area not a single person ask if they could help or even spoke a word to me. They seemed busy doing work on the computers and talking in their booths. Not even the receptionist spoke to me. I could have wanted to buy one or two vehicles. Had that been the case, I would leave and buy at another dealership!! More
