Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received from Team ford. I had a check engine light illuminated for the second time in just around two months. The diagnosis fee for a diesel engine is $350 from Team ford. I had a check engine light illuminated for the second time in just around two months. The diagnosis fee for a diesel engine is $350. So, I was not happy that this happened in only two months' time. But it turned out to be a different issue so.... $350 again. Yikes. I think the diagnosis fee is very high for diesels... but that's just the way it is these days. I particularly like the tracking method for customers. This is very handy. As a bonus, they were able to get my truck repaired the same day which made me very happy! Now, I just hope that pesky check engine light does not come back on any time soon!!! More
