Your service department rates very poor. I was scheduled for a pickup/dropoff on my 2020 Escape for March 28th at 8 am. This had been scheduled for 2 weeks. I received a call at 4:00 tell I was scheduled for a pickup/dropoff on my 2020 Escape for March 28th at 8 am. This had been scheduled for 2 weeks. I received a call at 4:00 telling me they overbooked and my appt had to be changed to 11:00. The gentleman kept blaming the assistant. He then called back an hour later to tell me they did not have the part in stock. This was for a recall and he has no idea when they will get it. He was very rude and condescending. If I booked my appt 2 weeks ago there should be no reason for them not to have the part. I then noticed in my email they had my address for someplace i lived 10 years ago. We have been in before and given our correct address. To add to this when we brought my car in for an oil change a month or so ago we were told they did not have an air filter either. What service dept does not have an air filter. This is not the only time we have experienced issues with your dealership but since its only 10 minutes from our home we find it convenient. More
