He communicated with me on my terms and was optimistic (given my less than perfect credit). I went to other dealers, and I was so disappointed. Ed was so down to earth, and helpful. He asked me what I wanted, and said he would do everything to meet my expectations, and on that he delivered. I drove away with my beautiful blue Honda Accord Ex last weekend. He held onto it for me!
