Some nice people in the service center, but watch out for their scams in sales. I was sold a ‘maintenance plan’ for $4k that was supposed to last at least 100k and was later informed by the service team that their scams in sales. I was sold a ‘maintenance plan’ for $4k that was supposed to last at least 100k and was later informed by the service team that the plan expired at 24k, lasting less than two years. My fault for trusting these people but holy moly that’s terrible communication and misleading sales tactics. During the financing meeting Jack ‘made errors’ and ‘revised’ the documents MULTIPLE times and it makes me suspicious that this edit was made in later drafts. More
