Some nice people in the service center, but watch out for their scams in sales. I was sold a ‘maintenance plan’ for $4k that was supposed to last at least 100k and was later informed by the service team that their scams in sales. My fault for trusting these people but holy moly that’s terrible communication and misleading sales tactics. During the financing meeting Jack ‘made errors’ and ‘revised’ the documents MULTIPLE times and it makes me suspicious that this edit was made in later drafts. More

Because of this dealership, I will never buy a Kia again. I had a 2022 Sorento lease that was ending in March. I love my car, so I chose to keep the car and finance it instead. The sales department acted like this is the first time they have ever sold a car. First they told me to come in and sign paperwork on a specific date and time, I did so, and no one knew I was coming / paperwork was not ready. Then they jerked us around for about a month. Eventually told us to go get our own financing first. Odd - we have bought several cars and have never had to do that but okay. We go to OnPoint and set that all up. All OnPoint needed was paperwork on the car from Kia. We asked Kia to send that over to the bank - they said we have no idea what you are talking about . ?????? Okay then. Then they say you know what for your troubles we will push this through to management and get it done here. Show up today at 1:15 (as scheduled) and I was ignored for 35 minutes, and then Mike talked to me like I was an idiot. He told me “we are not a bank, lady” - as if people don’t finance cars everyday ???????? Overall a horrible experience and because of team Kia of bend, we will never be purchasing another Kia. We could not be more disgusted with their unprofessional and Unknowledgeable staff. 0/10 recommend. More
