I recently graduated from College and my Saturn took a turn for the worst.. I was in the market for a new ride and had no clue where to start. I decided to have fun with the experience and test drive a ca turn for the worst.. I was in the market for a new ride and had no clue where to start. I decided to have fun with the experience and test drive a car from every dealership in Bend. Everywhere I went I felt obligated to get the car I test drove because "it was the perfect car for me." Still not convinced I decided to head over to Team Kia. I spent quite a while talking with Mike Madison about what I was looking for and what made sense for me given where I am in my life. I test drove the Optima and Soul and honestly loved both of them. My experience was so great at Kia, I didn't feel pressure to buy a car that minute and it was nice to know that Mike was okay spending extra time explaining the whole process with me!!! I left Kia super excited and can't wait to purchase a new car. More

Vindictive liars that attack customers by saying untruths. Refuse to honor standard warranty items like alignment, head light aiming within first 12k miles where ALL adjustments are covered.
