I had to tell their finance officer about the difference between payoff and paying the loan. they took all day and then when we said give us bake our paper work we are leaving. they tell us our paper works in the finance office and its going to be 16 minutes to get it out to us. the office they were talking about was right behind the wall we were standing by??? Saved me from a buying disaster I was about to lease a car from another dealership on a car I really did not want at all! I needed a second car for my babies since my car was a 2 sea I was about to lease a car from another dealership on a car I really did not want at all! I needed a second car for my babies since my car was a 2 seater. The salesman at another dealership which I will not name here was putting me into a lease and told me one particular car was my only option and didn't show me any other cars. I literally felt pushed into something I did not want, did not like and overall was just not happy with. Needles to say I didn't follow through with the lease as I had remembered I had an approval letter from a credit company for Team Mazda Subaru and decided to check my options with them first to see what they could do for me. I called Team Mazda Subaru and had spoke with Liza who helped direct me to their sales event they were having. When I had arrived at the sales event I was introduced to Josh Conely who greeted me like a friend. He was comfortable and understanding and easy to deal with right from the start! I told him about the lease I almost got myself into the day before and my concerns about how I flat out did not like the car and how I was given no other option. Josh picked my brain on my automobile interests, showed me some cars as we walked through the inventory. Given that opportunity was great and what I had wanted! Josh narrowed down my interests and introduced me to the Mazda3. That was the car! The Mazda3 had what I wanted in a car and so much more than I could've imagined! From going from a sporty car into a much better sporty car that I could put my babies into was all I could ask for. The financing was easy and fast with just as well mannered and easy to deal with finance managers. Liza kept me company while I was waiting for finance and Josh was getting me new car ready for me by getting it washed and filling the gas tank to full. Liza and the other gals there were super friendly, welcoming and down to Earth. The finance manger beat my financing offer through the credit company offer by 4% and got me payments I could afford and not take food from my babies mouths. I can't thank you enough Josh for all your help, finding me a great car and caring about my purchase! Thank you Team Mazda Subaru! Your dealership and people are shrouded with excellence! I love my new Mazda3 and still get excited to drive it even after a week now! More
