Awesome experience ROB RAPP was a awesome sales person. We were also going to go to another car dealership to test drive but never got there. it was the worst the worst experience I ever had. we walked out and will never go back they don't know any thing at all. I had to tell their finance officer about the the worst experience I ever had. we walked out and will never go back they don't know any thing at all. I had to tell their finance officer about the difference between payoff and paying the loan. they took all day and then when we said give us bake our paper work we are leaving. they tell us our paper works in the finance office and its going to be 16 minutes to get it out to us. the office they were talking about was right behind the wall we were standing by??? I can't even give them one star. I also heard the sales man telling other customer that they sold 28 car today so maybe they didn't want to sell another More
