I knew which vehicle I wanted but I just wanted to test drive it to make sure it was a good fit and knew it would be after banking and business hours for most companies so it was easier to have everything done ahead of time. Made the process so much smoother faster and I was only there for 40 minutes tops with test drive. She was very personable, knowledgeable, engaging, and helpful with any questions that I had. More
