By the end of my experience, Danielle, Jim Pitka, Ralph, all felt like friends I've known for years and would feel natural at my holiday dinner table. They connected with me, they connected me to a new car, and they truly made a customer for life. It's not always about the numbers (most of the time it is, lol, but you get the point). If every dealership were like Team Nissan, the car buying experience would be enjoyable. My sales associate was Peter, I can't say enough wonderful things about him.
